Who is the Digital Doctor?
What was the turning point that led you to create Nexperio?
It was during a leadership transformation training — especially the part on emotional intelligence — that everything clicked.
I realized it was time to start my own company and work directly with clients, placing them at the heart of everything I do.
What professional experiences have most shaped your vision of digital?
With 30 years of experience across just four companies, each one brought a key perspective.
The first taught me to always keep the customer at the center.
The second introduced me to digital marketing.
The third taught me all the ins and outs of online sales.
And the fourth was a synthesis—where I acted as an entrepreneur and general manager, fully responsible for business profitability.
Which trainings have had the greatest impact on your professional approach?
My background in interior architecture and scenography made me deeply aware of the central role of humans in their environment.
More recently, certifications in negotiation, transformational leadership, financial management, and generative AI have greatly enriched my practice.
What are the three core values that guide your approach?
Honesty and integrity.
Generosity and kindness.
Joy, humor, and a positive spirit.
What is your professional “signature”?
I start by challenging the status quo—questioning the initial strategy and its soundness.
Then I analyze whether the actions match that strategy.
I bring professionalism and curiosity to help define the right goals and avoid taking the wrong path.
My approach is always tailor-made.
How would you describe your working methodology?
My process has three steps:
→ In-depth questioning to understand the client’s needs
→ A clear reformulation and proposed action plan
→ Co-construction of the roadmap (processes, tools, training), which we then implement together
How do you balance technology and human needs in your projects?
People are the most essential resource in any company.
Technology should support and empower them—freeing up time for high-value tasks like coaching, leadership, and personal development.
How do you approach situations where a client resists change?
Rather than pushing, I ask questions to let frustrations surface.
I let it “simmer,” then ask what’s really holding back the change.
I use the 5 Whys method to identify the root cause and help the client articulate it themselves.
How would you describe your leadership style?
Caring and empowering.
I set the direction and objectives, then step back.
I stay available if needed, but I prefer to offer a way of thinking rather than give the answer.
What advice would you give to someone starting out in digital transformation?
Stay curious.
Read a lot. Learn from what works—and what doesn’t.
Reflect on how it can enrich your practice and improve how you serve your clients.
